Joonas's responsibilities include

• project management and construction
• having the best feel of the operative business in Finland (orderback log, sales funnel, resourcing, pricing etc)
• optimizing operational success in the Nordic countries
• coaching and leading business performance (profitability, customer experience, personnel experience in projects and business) with all BUs, bringing the big operative picture together and leading it
• understanding problem areas, and possibilities within business
• supporting new organic business
• ensuring the efficiency of processes and their alignment with the organization's goals
• coaching and leading needed changes, developing common practices
• coaching BU leaders, project teams and people (e.g. quality support)
• represents BU needs and implementation in growth capability quadrant (work with quality, ict, etc.), prioritizing development and investments.
