Welado Group has grown from companies and people from diverse backgrounds, markets, disciplines, and strengths. Together, these form our roots, which have grown for over two decades, forming a long history of experience in shaping our societies, our industries, and the future of work-life. This forms the strong foundation on which our future is built.
Each root was always strong on its own. What connected them was not coincidence, but a shared value base: a similar view of work, expertise, business, and, above all, people.
- Welado, known for its passion and people-centric growth, a transformation mindset (even a little rebellion), has rapidly spread its roots since 2017. With a deep focus on infra and rail, strongly led by bold bravery and empathy, Welado is our flame and our drive.
- OMT carries the oldest and most structured roots, founded in 2007, growing steadily and responsibly over time through quality, trust, and long-term relationships and fellowship. OMT brings a strong industry focus with project management and leadership consulting at its core. OMT brings our group our compass and wisdom.
- STHK, highly specialised, top-level niche expertise, deeply rooted in its specialised field of ERTMS and signalling within rail-bound traffic since 2009, brings us pride in our market forerunner expertise.
- Readcon, adding strong competence in real estate, rural development, and project leadership since 2020, gives us our excellence in project leadership.
- Seclion, strengthening our foundation by safeguarding societies and cyber-physical environments, with its roots reaching back to 2013, is the core of our shield and resilience.
Over time, these roots found each other through alignment. Together, they form a unique Nordic expert community, Welado Group.
Our shared purpose
Today Welado Group exists because likeminded people kept finding each other. Across borders, disciplines, geographies, and years, the same idea kept resurfacing:

Through dialogue, workshops, and reflection on our shared history, we shaped one Nordic identity. From now on, we are one Welado Group. During 2026, our new visual identity will be unveiled in phases, expressing this unity through our logo, colors, and the We Do concept.
To us, We Do means action. We do not simply stand by and advise as consultants; rather roll up our sleeves and actively build resilient societies and industries together with our customers.
